Jesenice, 28 July - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar will meet his Croatian counterpart Gordan Jandrokovic on Wednesday ahead of Saturday's talks between the prime ministers Borut Pahor and Jaranka Kosor to discuss the implementation of the border arbitration treaty and liabilities of the defunct LB bank towards Croatian clients.
