Ljubljana, 13 August - The insolvency procedures at construction company Vegrad will finally end the agony of everyone connected to the company, daily Delo says on Friday. Boss Hilda Tovsak's promise to provide a restructuring plan for the supervisors as soon as Monday implies that the management was aware long ago that the company is insolvent.
