Global Problems Require Partnerships, Powell Says

Ljubljana, 28 August - Global problems need to be tackled in partnership, as there is no superpower that can tackle them on its own, former US Secretary of State Colin Powell told Slovenian journalists in Ljubljana on Saturday. He warned against allowing Afghanistan to become a safe haven for terrorists again.
