Architect Pushes for Referendum on New Ljubljana Zoning Plan

Ljubljana, 1 September - Architect Fedja Kosir started collecting on Wednesday signatures in an attempt to call a referendum on the new Ljubljana zoning plan. Kosir needs to collect more than 11,000 signatures by 5 October. He told the press as he launched the campaign that in its present form the document allows possible land speculations.
