Dnevnik Critical of European Parliament's Response to Roma Deportations

Ljubljana, 10 September - Daily Dnevnik says Friday that the European Parliament's call to France to stop the Roma exile is poor comfort. The slightest suspicion that the move was a violation of human rights should have triggered all safety mechanisms available, the daily says. Instead, different EU bodies are discussing what legislation was violated and who is to do what.
