Republika on Succession of Former Yugoslavia

Ljubljana, 22 August - Daily Republika in its Tuesday's article stresses that the inheritance proceedings of former Yugoslavia have for some years been going around a vicious circle of different interpretations about who is entitled to inheritance. Serbia and Montenegro have claimed that the new partial federation is the only successor of the former Tito's state. Slovenia, Croatia, and other new countries, however, claim that the successors are all new countries which emerged on the territory of former Yugoslavia.
