Pahor: Slovenia Was Unable to Offer its Best Diplomats to Ashton

Ljubljana, 20 September - PM Borut Pahor told the National Assembly on Monday that securing a post in the first round of appointments to the EU's emerging diplomatic service at any price would have meant Slovenia forfeiting to the EU the one or two top diplomats who have experience in diplomacy as well as with EU institutions.
