MEPs Critical Of Ashton's Diplomacy Appointments

Brussels, 21 September - The failure of the EU's foreign policy representative Catherine Ashton to appoint any Slovenians to the bloc's emerging diplomatic service last week has been met by strong criticism from Slovenian MEPs, who feel Ashton is alienating small member states. Some were also critical of Slovenia's choice of candidates.
