Nominee for Central Bank Vice-Governor Stumbles in Parliament

Ljubljana, 28 September - Tomaz Kosak, President Danilo Tuerk's nominee for vice-governor of Slovenia's central bank, failed to muster sufficient support in parliament on Tuesday. The vote was 43 in favour and 19 against, three short of the required majority.
