Croatian Police Threatens Slovene Fishermen Again

Ljubljana, 25 August - Slovene press was alerted Friday by a new incident in the Gulf of Piran that two Slovene trawlers suffered from Croatian police in the Slovene waters, approximately two miles from Piran (south-west Slovenia). Two Croatian sea-patrolmen approached with their hydrofoil the two Slovene trawlers, and demanded that they go to Umag, Croatia, threatening that "next time they would take other measures" and "to watch out or someone from the crew would get hurt", Slovene daily 'Delo' reports on Friday.
