Slovenia's Energy Consumption, Dependence Down in 2009

Ljubljana, 4 October - Slovenia's energy consumption dropped in 2009 compared to 2008, which also reduced the country's energy dependence. Consumption was down 11%, while energy dependence stood at 49%, the lowest in the last 10 years, the Statistics Office said Monday.
