China Deserved Nobel Prize Warning, Paper Says

Ljubljana, 9 October - The note that the Nobel committee wrote after awarding the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize to jailed Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo implied that the prize was not meant merely as a recognition to Xiaobo but also as a warning to China, daily Delo says on Saturday.
