Ljubljana, 11 October - Slovenia should reconsider switching to a presidential system in order to restrict the absolute power of major political parties, daily Dnevnik says on Monday, a day after local elections showed people's distrust toward party candidates, choosing instead numerous non-party candidates as their mayors and municipal councillors.
