Analysts: Low Turnout Product of Low-Key Campaign
Ljubljana, 10 October - The winners of Sunday's local elections in Slovenia are non-partisan candidates, analyst Matej Makarovic said in his comment on the early unofficial results, while Miro Kline was surprised by the success of Mayor Zoran Jankovic's list in Ljubljana. Both see the low turnout as the result of weak campaign.
