Dnevnik Calls for Thorough Reform of the Army

Ljubljana, 18 October - Looking at the 2011-2012 defence budgets and the gap between actual funds and the ministry's wishes, daily Dnevnik agrees in Monday's commentary with the words of Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic that this would not halt development, it will set the army back.
