MPs Adopt Changes to VAT Act, Abolish Lower Rate for New Housing

Ljubljana, 19 October - The National Assembly unanimously passed on Tuesday changes to the value added tax act which transpose several VAT-related EU directive into Slovenian legislation and abolish with January the transitional phase that allowed for a reduced VAT rate in housing.
