Finance Says Government Building Monopolies

Ljubljana, 21 October - Business daily Finance says in Thursday's commentary that instead of liberalising the market, the government is building monopolies. Referring to the plans to merge electricity producers and telecommunication companies and create a logistics holding, the paper says that the government is creating national centres of power.
