Slovenia Might Request EU Funds for Vegrad and Prevent Layoffs
Luxembourg, 21 October - Slovenia is looking into applying for funds from the European Globalisation Fund (EGF) for workers laid off by car seat covers maker Prevent and construction company Vegrad, State Secretary at Labour Ministry Anja Kopac Mrak said on Thursday, two days after the EU approved funds for redundant workers of clothing company Mura.
