Members of Slovene Army Participate First World Military Games

The first World Military Games are significant in the sport sense as well as symbolically. The games fall within the United Nations programme of celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the end of the World War II. The guidance of the games is the slogan "Friendship through Sport", the head of the Slovene delegation in the International Council for Military Sport (CISM), Pavel Vindišar told a news conference Thursday. The games are to be held from 6 to 15 September in Rome.
