Fresh Difficulties Emerge at June Parliament Session
Ljubljana, 22 June - NATIONAL/ASSEMBLY/INTERPELLATION/KOZINC/PROBLEMS
The National Assembly began its June session yesterday, which was adjourned as soon as the agenda was approved. Members of three groups of deputies who signed a petition against the work of Minister of Justice, Miha Kozinc, left the session because the National Assembly supported a proposal by the Liberal Democratic Party (LDS) and removed the discussion on interpellation against Kozinc from the agenda. Negotiations between the National Assembly leadership and groups of deputies, which continued today, failed to yield results and the National Assembly session was again adjourned until tomorrow.
