jubljana, 22 June (STA) - The law on economic public services regulates the activities which used to be called "activities of particular social importance" in the former Yugoslavia. These activities cannot be done on the free market, as they are subject to virtual monopoly. This was pointed out by the State Secretary at the Ministry of Environment and Regional Planning, Jernej Stritih, at a meeting of the Committee of the Association for Power Industry at the Chamber of Economy of Slovenia.***
