NBI Raids Several Locations in Connection with Merkur MBO

Ljubljana, 2 December - Criminal investigators conducted house searches at 28 locations across Slovenia on Thursday, unofficially in connection with the attempted management buy-out at hardware retailer Merkur by the former board headed by Bine Kordez. Four people, including Kordez have been detained for questioning.
