jubljana, 24 June (STA) - Slovenia must come up with incentives for ending the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, said President Milan Kučan to over twenty foreign journalists at a press conference today.***

Ljubljana, 24 June - SLOVENIA MUST COME UP WITH INCENTIVES FOR WAR IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA TO END=
        When asked about the causes of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the president replied that the world has overlooked the fact that the primary cause of the conflict was the method chosen by Serbia to solve the question of the large population of Serbian nationals in this region. Kučan said that although the issue was a legitimate one, the method employed in solving it was not. The first precondition for finding a successful solution to the Serbian nationals issue is that Serbia should concede the possibility that Serbian nationals can constitute a minority in any given country.
