Govt Proposes Single Health Insurance Scheme as Debate Opens on Reform

Ljubljana, 16 February - The Health Ministry launched a public debate on a package of guidelines for reforming health care on Wednesday. Among the proposals is the merger of obligatory and top-up cover into one state-run health insurance scheme.
