SLS Wants to Prevent Bosses of Bust Companies from Starting New Ones

Ljubljana, 9 March - The opposition People's Party (SLS) filed on Wednesday into parliamentary procedure changes to the companies act which seek to prevent owners, managers, supervisors and large owners in companies undergoing insolvency proceedings from establishing new companies, or becoming supervisors and managers in other companies.
