Mercator Keeps Benchmark Index Afloat

Ljubljana, 12 March - The SBI TOP benchmark on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange closed in the black this week, adding 1.27% to 824.52 points, but the only reason it remained afloat was demand for retailer Mercator amidst speculations that a takeover bid was in the offing.
