Court Allows Pension Reform Referendum

Ljubljana, 14 March - Slovenia's highest court has turned down a constitutional challenge to the referendum proposed by trade unions on pension reform, ruling that the referendum cannot bring unconstitutional consequences. The referendum motion can go ahead.
