Govt Debt and State Guaranteed Debt to Be Capped by Law

Ljubljana, 16 March - A reform public finance bill currently debated by the government may introduce a cap on government and state guaranteed debt. Development and European Affairs Minister Mitja Gaspari proposes 45% of GDP as the ceiling for government debt, while he would cap state guaranteed debt at 13% of GDP.
