Ljubljana Joins International Cities of Refuge Network

Ljubljana, 22 March - The Ljubljana City Council unanimously decided late on Monday that the Slovenian capital is joining the International Cities of Refuge Network (ICORN) providing refuge for writers persecuted in their countries. The membership agreement lasts two years and is automatically extended.
