Delo Calls for More Unity in the EU

Ljubljana, 28 March - Pondering developments in the EU, daily Delo wonders on Monday about the bloc's unity, noting that it operates more like a union of unions which in times of crisis only manages a consensus as an ad hoc coalition of the willing.
