Court Says It Did Not Encourage Govt to Annul Patria Deal

Ljubljana, 28 March - After turning down the government's request for a temporary injunction suspending the EUR 278m defence deal with Finnish contractor Patria, the Ljubljana District Court on Monday rejected interpretations that this was a good basis for the continuation of proceedings.
