Family Law Debate Focuses on Prenuptial Agreement

Ljubljana, 31 March - The long debate on the controversial new family law seems to be nearing the end, as the parliamentary Labour, Family and Social Affairs Committee progressed to article 200 at Thursday's session, leaving only three more to go. The focus today was on the prenuptial agreement, a novelty in the Slovenian legislation.
