Ex Merkur CEO Downplays Effects of MBOs on Bank Operations

Ljubljana, 5 April - The former chairman of hardware retailer Merkur, Bine Kordez, has downplayed the effects failed management buyouts have had on Slovenia's banking system, saying that too much of the current troubles of banks are being blamed on MBOs.
