Slovenia Joins Weather Forecast Centre

Ljubljana, 8 April - Slovenia became a member of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) on Friday, in a move that Environment Minister Roko Zarnic said would improve the country's access to the latest technology in weather forecasting.
