Slovenia's Use of Oil and Renewables above EU Average in 2009
Luxembourg, 11 April - Oil was the single biggest fuel in Slovenia in 2009, providing 37.3% of the country's energy, 0.7 percentage points above the EU average, according to Eurostat. Slovenia's share of renewables stood at 12.7%, compared to 9% in the EU.
