European Culture Capital Programme Boss Resigns

Maribor, 11 April - Eight months before Maribor begins its stint as the European Capital of Culture 2012, the head of the project's programming council resigned, public broadcaster TV Slovenija reported on Monday. The move comes amidst reports of delays in building the central venue for the project.
