Dnevnik Reflects on Pandur's Resignation

Ljubljana, 13 April - Pondering Tomaz Pandur's withdrawal from the project of the European Capital of Culture in Maribor, daily Dnevnik says that it is increasingly obvious Mayor Franc Kangler is loosing his grip on the project.
