Parliament Throws Out Bill on Drug Tests for Top Officials
Ljubljana, 20 April - An opposition-sponsored bill that would subject top Slovenian officials to drug tests was rejected in parliament at fist reading as unfit for further procedure on Wednesday. The coalition found the bill appalling for its strong interference with the constitutional rights to privacy and physical integrity.
