Ljubljana, 27 April - The issue of German-Slovenian town signs in the Austrian province of Carinthia was resolved 26 April 2011 after years of futile attempts to reach agreement on Slovenian minority rights set down in the 1955 Austrian constitution known as the Austrian State Treaty.
