Klagenfurt, 26 April - Representatives of the Austrian federal government, of the government of the province of Carinthia and of three organisations representing the Slovenian minority reached on Tuesday after years of unsuccessful efforts agreement on the number of bilingual city limits and other minority rights in the province.
