Right to Correction, Editorial Protection Overhauled in New Media Bill

Ljubljana, 2 June - The government adopted a new media bill at its session on Thursday that tightens requirements for regulatory approval of acquisitions of media outlets and introduces provisions aimed at shoring up the independence of editorial boards in relation to the management.
