Acclaimed Poet Salamun Celebrates 70th Birthday
Ljubljana, 4 July - One of the most internationally renowned Slovenian poets, Tomaz Salamun, is celebrating his 70th birthday on Monday. Salamun has been active in literature ever since his collection of poems "Poker" was published in 1966. Since then, he has published around 40 poetry collections, which have been translated into some 20 languages.
