President Nominates Jadek Pensa for Constitutional Judge

Ljubljana, 6 July - President Danilo Tuerk nominated on Wednesday Dunja Jadek Pensa, a Supreme Court judge, for the post of a constitutional judge. He sent his proposal to the National Assembly two days after most parliamentary parties expressed support for the candidate. Jadek Pensa is expected to be appointed next week.
