Jadek Pensa Step Closer to Top Court Appointment

Ljubljana, 7 July - President Danilo Tuerk's nominee to fill the vacant seat on the Constitutional Court, Dunja Jadek Pensa, passed the first hurdle in parliament as the Credentials and Privileges Commission endorsed her in a 10-4 vote on Thursday.
