Govt Makes 2nd Foreign Language in Primary Schools Optional

Ljubljana, 14 July - The government endorsed on Thursday changes to the primary school act which make the second foreign language in higher grades of primary schools optional and no longer obligatory. The first foreign language will become obligatory in the second year and optional in the first.
