Health Institutions Oppose Public Sector Hiring Ban
Ljubljana, 27 July - The Association of Slovenian Health Institutions expressed indignation on Tuesday over the ban on new hiring in the public sector proposed by the government on Monday as part of changes to the 2010 austerity act. Banning new hiring in health care would increase waiting time for patients, the association argues.
