30 Percent Higher Earnings in Tourism

According to the latest report by the Bank of Slovenia on foreign currency earnings from tourism in Slovenia in the first eight months of 1995, perspectives are better than anticipated in September. In September, 750 million dollars earnings were anticipated due to the less active August than usual, but actually Slovenia earned 778.3 million dollars with tourism in the first eight months, according to the Chamber of Economy of Slovenia. This sum is 30.7 percent higher than in the same period last year.
