Klagenfurt, 16 August - PM Borut Pahor and Austrian counterpart Werner Faymann failed to find a solution in Klagenfurt on Tuesday to the traffic regime stand-off at the border tunnel of Karavanke after Austria upset Slovenian hauliers by unilaterally expanding traffic restrictions for heavy lorries.
