Taliban Taking Control of Afghanistan, Daily Says

Ljubljana, 20 August - The Taliban are skilfully using the politically motivated decision of the West on a speedy withdrawal from Afghanistan and are taking over the country as the Afghan military forces are incapable of leading a single major operation, although US$30bn has been invested in their training, the daily Delo comments on Saturday.
