Debeljak Steps Down as Petrol Supervisor

Ljubljana, 23 August - Mercator CEO Ziga Debeljak irrevocably resigned on Monday as a member of energy company Petrol supervisory board and the audit body after Slovenia's largest retailer moved into the oil retailing by acquiring En Plus at the end of June. With the move Debeljak wants to avoid a possible conflict of interest.
